9:30-10:00 - Players arrive and sign in
10:00-10:30 - Players Stretch and Warm Up
10:30-11:45 - Drills (with breaks)
11:45-12:00 - Quick Break
12:00-12:30 - Challenge
12:30-End - Time for coaches to talk to the players

Drills: (Subject to change for 2025 Camp)

Boards - Players learn the fundamental value of leverage, Coach Fred's favorite drill

Footwork Slide- Players learn to stay in an athletic stance will giving blows to bags

Defensive Drill - Players learn how to stay low while maintaining speed

Ladder Footwork - Players learn proper footwork techniques by using a ladder

Tackle Wheels - Players learn the proper way to tackle using foam wheels

Move when the ball moves - Players learn disciple and to keep their eyes on the ball until its snapped

The Sled - Players work in coordinated fashion to push a sled

Condition - Players get their cardio in with up downs, bear crawls, sprints, long jumps, lunges, etc

Individual Sleds - Another one of Coach Fred's favorites, players take on a challenge at pushing a sled up and down 15-20 yards, while competing with teammates

Footwork with bags - Players challenge their footwork with obstacles

In 2024, we will have Rick Druschel, former Pittsburgh Steeler and Super Bowl IX Champion, in attendance at the camp!
After the camp drills, Rick will take some time to talk to the kids about his experience in the NFL and how being a leader has shaped him throughout his life.
Additionally, the kids in attendance will be able to see the Steelers first ever Super Bowl ring!
